Attended the National Day reception of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, graciously hosted by H.E. Dharamkumar Seeraj, High Commissioner of Guyana to India.
The evening brought together ambassadors, senior government officials, investors, industrialists with interests in Latin America, academics, and strategic affairs experts. Shri Pabitra Margherita, Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles, was the Chief Guest.
In their addresses, both the High Commissioner and the Minister highlighted the steadily expanding India–Guyana partnership, underpinned by shared democratic values and growing cooperation in energy, trade, healthcare, capacity building, and people-to-people exchanges.
